Mimo Café
Cuisine: International
Mimo Café is a refined yet relaxed expression of Portugal’s café culture, blending the warmth of Algarve traditions with the ease of coastal Dubai living.
Located at both Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort and Wyndham Residences The Palm,
Mimo Café brings soulful coffee, handmade pastries, and artisanal simplicity to
the everyday rhythms of residents, families, and travelers alike.
Our signature pastel de nata anchors the experience; golden, flaky, and baked
with heritage. Paired with slow-roasted Brazilian coffee, Mimo invites you to
savor a moment of calm, crafted with care.
This is not fast coffee. This is flavor that lingers.

BAKALIS - GREEK GRILL TAVERNA
To create the most authentic Greek restaurant in Dubai, we had to go back to
the source.
So we sent our chef, Faisal Albaradie — whose grandmother is Greek — deep into
the winding alleys of Athens. He wandered without a map, followed the scent of
grilled lamb and the clatter of cutlery in hidden courtyards, until he stepped
into a tiny neighborhood taverna where time seemed to stand still.
That moment became Bakalis.
Every detail, from the two open-fire grills fueled by olive wood to the
simplicity of the seasoning, brings that memory to life.
The wood crackles, the flames kiss the iron grill, and the ingredients speak for
themselves.
Pure, honest, soulful.
